Refund policy

RETURNS

We will replace any damaged or defective items within 30 days.

Simply email us at info@boozebandage.com and include the following

-Order number

-Image of damage product

-Description of the damage and/or defect

You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours with instructions for returning the damaged product. Booze Bandage will ship out a replacement within 2 business days once the returned product has been received. 

 

REFUNDS

Due to the nature or the product we typically do not offer a refund for a miss order or customer error. This is simply due to the fact of incorrect storage and handling of the product can damage them.
